Step 1 - For all applicants
Download and fill the application form below. Please ensure that all information is correct and complete before submitting.
Step 2 - Application fee
Application Fee: ¥22,000 including Tax per child (One time non refundable fee payable at time of application)
Yoyogi international school charges an application fee of 20,000 yen per child plus tax for new students. Please arrange to have the application fee transferred into the school bank account when you apply.
Please make payment by bank transfer to the following account under the student's name.

Amount: ¥22,000(application fee of 20,000 yen per child plus tax)

**Kindly remit the total amount due. Please do not deduct bank transfer charges from the balance due.

Our Confidential Recommendation Form is required for students applying to the Seals class and above.

The admissions office will send you a confirmation e-mail upon receipt of both documents.

Step 5 - Screening session
After review of the submitted applicant materials and confirmation of availability in the class being applied for, selected applicants will be invited in for a screening session.
